I am the only agent/administrator on osTicket, all other users are Guest users.
I have a ticket I need permission from a Manager to perform, so I'm trying to add him as a collaborator on the ticket. He was a Guest User, and I upgraded him to Active (Registered). When I click on Add Collaborator, I type his email address in the search field, but nothing happens.
I figure I must be doing something wrong.
