error restore database

buenos dias , hice un servidor de respaldo para osticket instalo la aplicacion pero cuando restaure la base de datos no puedo entrar a la pagina web hay alguna solucion para este problema?

Good morning, I made a backup server for osticket, I installed the application, but when I restore the database, I can't enter the website. Is there a solution for this problem?

pues los logs no me estan registrando errores, simplemente se queda cargando despues de que hice la restauracion, y no puede mostrarle mas acerca de las dependencias instaladas porque no puedo acceder al sistema

Well, the logs are not registering errors, it just keeps loading after I did the restoration, and it cannot show you more about the installed dependencies because I cannot access the system

traté de cambiar la version de php y ahora el log da estos errores, alguna idea??
