Hi,
We recently migrated to another server with the same specs and we are now unable to view any files that were submitted with the old instance. However, newly added files and attachments are working as expected.

Both instances were connecting to an external MySQL database. The include/ost-config.php file is the same with the same values (SALT included).

The strange issue is the signature values appear to be different for the generated URLs than the ones that are stored in the database.

For the logo issue, it is pulling the correct data from the database with the matching key, signature and id but still not displaying the logo.

We are on a Microsoft Azure app instance (svcplan-basic-prod-001 (P1v2: 1)).

osTicket 1.14.1
