Thanks a lot for your answer. I understood, but I would like to avoid that I have tickets from various clients in OSTicket and need to manually assign users to organisations. I will have 1-n users from 1-n clients and it would be nice to have a clean structure for reporting and so on.
So, when I create a new ticket via API, I also have to create the user in most cases. And while doing this it would be nice when I can assign this new user to an organisation. Is this possible?
