We make special form structures for ourselves, but can we bring the forms after the ticket subject rather than at the bottom of the page?

are they on the main built in Ticket Details form?

If so drag them to where you want them.
If not then I dont think that you can move them there.

You can change the Form order with each Help Topic. Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Help Topics, click on a Help Topic, click the Forms tab, now you can drag the konutdask form above the Ticket Details form and Save Changes.
