Hey,
I am trying to play with the field's visibility settings so that I can hide certain fields for agents when they create a new ticket in the name of an end-user.
For example, we have some information fields that are there to guide the end-user when creating a ticket, but that aren't necessary for agents when they create a ticket.
It seems like making a field "visible" in the creation form is only tied to end-user setting. I've turned off the setting for agents but it doesn't remove it from their form.... However turning it off for the end-user will remove it also for the agents...
Is this normal behavior? or a bug/issue?
