osTicket creates hundreds of thousand items in root directory

I don't know why but osTicket creates on average 150k items per day in my Root directory (before the public_html)
I've had this on my other server as well and solved it at that time but I dont know how anymore.
Migrated everything to new server environment and keep having this issue again. I can't imagine that I am the only one facing this issue?

osTicket doesn't do this.

It is more likely that something like zend opcache is saving things in a place where it shouldn't, which would be a server configuration thing.

This is definitely not something osTicket does out of the box. It could be a custom mod, custom plugin, etc.

Ooh yeah, its an CRON job creating tons of items, crazy.

Fetched above in the server logs, thousands of them

Stupid, I totally forgot about to change this after the server migration 😅
