Is it possible that OSTicket shows adjustments to previous E-mails.
For example:
Test user sends a support question to X email. This email is put in OSTicket.
Agent responds to this ticket with some questions.
Test user receives the questions in his mail and does a reply all and adds the answers behind the questions in the previous mail and sends it with a text for example: See answers below.
OSticket registers this mail but will only show "See answers below". The answers are not added because they are added to previous email i gues?
I know this is fixable by disabling "Strip Quoted reply", but this will make E-mails very long if the ticket will take some back and forth mailing.
