Hi team
I have osTicket (v1.15.2) and i've tried for 2 days to search a solution in the forum but without success.
I've created 2 queues called ONSITE and HELPDESK and i created 2 users one that manage ticket of queue onsite and one that manage the other one ticket (in queue helpdesk)
when i access as onsite_user or helpdesk_user i can hide tickets of a certain department but on the ribbon above i always see both queues (one empty, one with ticket, it depends on how i have permitted access to operator)
Is possible in some way to see only one queue (the one where i have permission) when i access with an account or another?
Actually:
If i access as Helpdesk_operator i see
HelpdeskQueue (my ticket) | OnsiteQueue (no ticket) | search | New ticket
Wahat i would like:
If i access as Helpdesk_operator
HelpdeskQueue (my ticket) | search | New ticket
If i access as Onsite_operator
OnsiteQueue (with tickets) | search | New ticket
is it possible?
