So I want to start using the SLA again. To my understanding, this is a "timed" response and/or time to finish type of deal. I would like to use this feature for things like "follow ups" or "reminders". I am wondering, do these trigger an email to the appropriate agent (if configured properly) even though no one is logged in? or does any agent have to be logged in? or does the agent who created the sla have to be logged in in order for the sla to trigger an email?
