LDAP extension is not available (Ubuntu)

Hello All,
I have seen this topic come up a few times, and have been browsing the forum to get mine to work properly. I am running osTicket 1.14.8 on Ubuntu and am trying to enable the LDAP plugin. I am able to install the plugin but get the error "LDAP extension is not available. Please install or enable the php-ldap extension on your web server" when trying to configure. I did not have php-ldap installed when I first installed the plugin, but have since installed it. I have browsed my PHP settings and believe it to be enabled on the server side and I have of course restarted the apache2 service as well as my server. Seems like I'm missing something simple so any advice is appreciated.

I of course, just had to complain first to figure it out. The problem was I am running php7.3. So I needed to install php7.3-ldap then restart my apache2 service. Worked like a charm.
