I am using osTicket open source tools as a ticketing tool nowadays a vulnerability name 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝟰𝗷 𝗥𝗖𝗘 𝟬-𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹d) has occurred. so I just want to know that is there any impact on osTicket tools of this vulnerability. It is hosted on an IIS server.
