Morning.

I have the following situation.

On Office 365 I have one office mail license and 2 aliases of this mail.

Example: main mail -> main@dominio.com;
Alias -> main.mail1@dominio.com and main.mail2@dominio.com

Each mail alias places the mails it receives in a special sub directory of INBOX of main@dominio.com
Example:

Having, in fact, only one mail address (in the example -> main@dominio.com), how can I read in OsTicket the mails of the different subdirectories?

    I do not think that you can.

    not sure if it's going to work or not, but here you can put the folder name where you want to pull email from, if you don't enter anything by default it pull from Inbox:

    Oh hey I forgot that they added that. You might be able to do it after all. Thanks @ramrajone

    This is great to point osTicket to get messages from specific subdirectory, but unfortunately it is not possible to use it for two different e-mail settings. For example I would like to have messages from one folder to be used for one set of topics, and the other - for another. For this two different mail configurations has to be made, but login user has to be the same for both. However when one attempts this, osTicket says that login information is already used for another account. It should be designed specifically as a feature, so we can make more input folders for one mail account and specify respective Department and Topic for each folder.

    Some reason why you wouldn't just make a second email address/account?
