Currently locked out of our system. This was a fresh install on Windows Server 2019, IIS, and MySQL.
When trying to log into system, just get "access denied".
There are only 2 users listed on the ost_staff table in the DB (admins I had created)- tried resetting their passwords via updating the table info with new passwords, the query is ok, commit, no dice.
Tried restarting IIS, still nothing.
Any ideas?
