i am trying to understand the feasibility of the following behavior –
When opening a ticket I want to have a dynamic field only if a specific selection is done.
For example –
Agent open a ticket and select system type from a list. I want to allow additional field (say “serial number”) on the ticket form only if specific system type is selected.
Appreciate response or in case someone manage to find a way to implement similar behavior
My release version is v1.15.3.1
