I can't open new tickets.
I can open and modify the old ones but at a certain date I have difficulty creating tickets and if I manage to create them they are blocked and the page is in timeout. But it s no problem with task.
I have 4 Gb ram (now 1.3 free memory) and 4 Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5-2620 v2 @ 2.10GHz

a few days ago appeared 3 database errors # 1062 but even after these errors the system worked.

What can I do?

i upgrade osticket but the problem remains

ok, i found the problem. there were big php logs where there was some date errors in the schedule file.
I delete the "American Holidays" in the schedule and now everything works.
