I have just installed v1.15.4, created a department, 1 team, 1 admin user, 1 ordinary user.
Both users are in the department and team.
I have created a ticket which has 2 tasks under it.
I have put updates into the tasks but i am unable to assign the tasks to an agent or a team. I also cannot close the tasks.
"Assigned to" says "unassigned". When i try to assign it says "Unable to assign selected task".
When in the task the only status option shown is "open".
There is probably something that i have set up wrong or missed doing but doing searches have not identified anything that looks to be a likely cause.
Any suggestions on what i should look at to resolve this?
