Filter Form Dropdowns by Selected Parent Dropdown

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can assist me as I've been struggling for a couple of hours trying to figure out how to filter or restrict my dropdown by what the user selects.

For example:
When a user selects 'Service Request' they should only be able to see 'Hardware', 'Software', 'Telecom' etc...
When they select 'Hardware' the next dropdown should only show them 'Printer', 'Scanner', 'PC' etc...
If they select 'Software' they should only be able to see 'MS Office', 'Windows', 'Sage' etc...

For the life of me I cannot seem to figure out how to get this right. Has anyone been able to do this?

You would create a list ('Hardware', 'Software', 'Telecom' etc...)
Then you would add the list to a form,
Then you would add the form to the help topic (Service Request).
