Now, if what you are describing is the case then why do personal queues accept other kinds of changes when made through the admin edited queues? Like in columns or other settings. I think so far only the filter suffers.
With that being said is there a way to undo changes on agent level and revert to default? By default I mean whatever the admin queues are set up to do. This way the admin could gain back control of these company wide queues. While agents can be editing newly created personal queues.
