First time on the forum, here is my system info:

I have started creating forms for internal staff (users) to fill out for requests. This seems to be working fine, but I have had feedback requesting that they have the text of the form that they have filled out in the email text body. As they don't log in to the gui and might be using email from their phones they don't see what they have requested in the email reply that they get.
Is there a way to add this information into the email text when the ticket responds ?
