Hi,
I'm long time user of OST, I've never open a discussion as I always managed through forum, but now I need some help
My environment is

Osticket v1.15.4
Apache 2.4.6/ CentOS
MySql Version 5.5.68
PHP Version 7.4.25

Active Plugins LDAP 0.6.2 and PASSTHRU 0.2

I wish to have staff skipping login and I got is possible by configuring SSO in Apache,
can someone guide me wich page to follow?
Shall I join domain or enable SSO in apache would be enough, like explained here (Kerberos_SSO_with_Apache_on_Linux guide)

The only howTo's I know of are old. But I do not think that how to get it to work has really changed. There was a couple good ones from forum members a wile back. I never got it to work on IIS, but I think it was chefkeks that got it to work on Apache.
