Using %{ticket.thread.complete.reversed} in an email template does not appear to work as desired. It puts the thread in ascending order. Using %{ticket.thread.complete} also puts the thread in ascending order. Anyone else have this issue?

I haven't heard anyone else report this, and I spoke to a dev and he they said that they haven't had any reports of this being an issue. Please remove it from the template, save, and then re-add it and save again.

I've tried this and I'm afraid the result is the same. I am using the osticketawesome plugin, so if no one else has the problem perhaps it's related to this.

There is no osticketawesome plugin. There is an osTicketAsweome theme mod. Mods are not plugins.
You should remove the mod and retest.
