Hello Community,
In my department we can´t choose between agent or department signature when we want to reply. I didn´t found any solution anywhere. In the settings we gave everyone his signature and also added one for the department. We also set non of both as default or anything.Hopefully someone can help me please.
We use version osTicket (v1.15.3.1)
