Email Templates Removing some Style Formatting

Good evening,

I have ran into an issue in creating html formatting for email templates that I am modifying so that text/fonts/styling is more readable in Outlook 2016. However when I copy the html from an editor into osTicket, certain formatting is automatically removed. How can I prohibit this so that font and other Outlook compliant formatting will work? Here's what I entered in to the email template:

You will need to customize the htmLawed and/or sanitization of the system. This is not recommended as you will most likely open yourself up to XSS, etfc.
