I installed the new osticket11 with Debian 11, sTicket Version v1.15.4 (6bd7884) - Up to date, Web Server Software Apache/2.4.51 (Debian)
MySQL Version 10.5.12, PHP Version 7.4.25.
I also configured the LDAP Authentication and Lookup plugin
but unfortunately the plugin only brings users from AD - LDAP ( AD is a Windows Server 2019 ) but does not synchronize passwords, e.g. if an active user has to log in with the existing password in AD he cannot log in.
If I delete an active user from AD it remains active in Osticket .
I have also configured two AdSync plugins version 1.2.0. as well as AdSync 1.2.2. ( I mention that using other programs synchronization with our AD - LDAP works without problems. )
Please let me know where the problem may be and if you have a solution and if one of these plugins especially LDAP Authentication and Lookup - ostiket should and can synchronize users and passwords of users in AD.
