Export tickets

Hello Everyone

I am currently using OsTicket version 1.10
When I am trying to export tickets to excel, only the first row is getting exported.
Even after selecting all tickets, it will export only the first row

Can anyone please extend some help?

1.10 is and of life and no longer supported.

I know it's end of life.

Just wondering if someone had this issue when working with that particular version and what they did to resolve this
