Additional Ticket Statuses

Hi All,

I'm pretty new to osTicket but am looking to implement this to streamline my workload. However, I really could do with an additional 2 or 3 statuses, for example - pending, in progress, escalated.

I have search the forums and cannot find how to do this on v1.7

Can anyone help?

I think secondStatus is the closest to what I need, it is a shame that you cannot add additional statuses to the status menu that is already there :(

Actually. the second option "pending and autoclose mod" adds an additional status of "pending" to the menu that is already there. You could replicate that to add as many statuses that you want.
