I am making a translation of my osticket so that they can enter tickets in different languages, I have already made the translation for the pages, for the forms with their fields, I have even modified the messeges.mo.php file for each language to match correctly with the translation. Now I am trying to translate the email templates so that after the applicant uploads all their data they will receive an email in their own language with the ticket summary. I see that I can create templates for different languages, but I can't find a way to associate them so that according to the language of the end user the mail I receive is in their language.

Can someone tell me if this is possible to do, and if so, how can I do it?

Create a Department for the language.
Set the templates set to the language for that department.

I have OsTicket 1.14 installed on Centos7 server.
I got it.phar but it has still a lot of labels in English..

May you please explain how to make it working?
How can I edit the email templates ?

Not every string in the project has been translated. There is a chance if you are seeing English in the product that it is a old language pack or a string that hasn't been be updated yet.
