Server bug: non-empty initial PLAIN challenge

Dear Users, sorry for my english ;-)
I setting email in OsTicket. I want use p.e.c. into it.
I test it with all parameters:
My certified mail have this setting:

Server posta in arrivo (IMAP): 995 o 993 (SSL)
Server posta in unscita (SMTP): 25 o 465

OsTicket Sistem response: "Server bug: non-empty initial PLAIN challenge"

Do you have advice for me?

That does not look like osTicket 1.14.3. Are you running some 3rd party Theme Mod?

Also you have not supplied your environment information.

You will need to reach out to your mail provider for further assistance in this. It appears your mailserver is expecting an empty PLAIN challenge but is getting a non-empty PLAIN challenge. Your mailprovider will have full visibility and will be able to suggest what you need to do to fix this.

Also, you are running v1.14.3 which is vulnerable to some serious security issues. You will want to upgrade to v1.14.8 or v1.15.4 ASAP.
