Hi, a question: ¿Osticket does overwrite the files in the filesystem when they already exist mentioned in the ost_file table?
I have done some tests but it does not overwrite the files when I resubmit them in a new ticket
Sorry i don't follow you. Why would files in the filesystem be over written when you attach a file to a tickets (which would add it to the ost_file table)?
