Upgrade from 1.15.2 -> 15.4

Hi Guys, trying to upgrade from 1.15.2 -> 15.4 and tried a couple of times now. Each time everything appears to be ok, except when you hit the "open" queue you get the error below. All other functions are ok.

Any ideas anyone?

PHP 7.4.25 // MySQL 5.7.32 // Apache web server

Fail to read indicates a permission issue. Specifically the /tmp folder. Which i presume is the PHP temp folder.
