Osticket 1.14.8 installed on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS.
In the way to post a new reply text I'm having problems when opening Osticket to a ticket triggered from an email outside the organization, I've counted the time and the loading of the page takes longer than 20 seconds to get it fully visualized on the browser. any browser, regardless.
The thing is, it doesn't behave the same when opening the page to a ticket created from emails inside the organization, the process is faster and the all page is viewed in milliseconds.
I need help on this . thanks
