Hi All, at the moment I'm integrating a new osticket installation with some existing systems here at my firm.
Our existing email system allows me to supply field values for new emails via url for example:
ht*p://internal.emailsystem.com/newemail?&email=support@nada.com&subject=help&20me&body=please%20help%20I%20cant%20login
... would give the user a prefilled email message to "support@nada.com", subject "help me" and email bidy "please help me I cant login"
I've been trying to find a way to do similar with the osticket new ticket form, no success so far :(
Does anyone know of a way to achieve this (with or without mods)?
