Are we the only with the idea to have key users for different departements to allow write and read access to specific categories from FAQ items without giving them all internal FAQ categories?

for example internal - departement 1 ==> group key users could read and edit
and internal - departement 2 ==> another group key kusers could read and edit.

or work around to do this?

Users? Do you mean Agents?

Regardless what you are describing does not sound like a feature in osTicket at this time.

i mean normal users, otherwise i need to create every key-user as an agent just to let him work with the FAQ pages.
Key-users should see more faq than normal users but related to their department and could also add/edit FAQ content to their department.
What should you advice? a separate FAQ/docu system?
