Hi. Ostticket 1.15.4 Looking for solution to change status from ie: "waiting for customer answer" to "open" when customer answer my question. I know that i can do this manually, but it is better to do something like this automaticly.

You can set the "waiting for customer answer" status to a Closed state with the Re-open option enabled so when the User replies it will automatically re-open the ticket and set the status to Open.

Yes, but that is a workaround. And i want to see opened tickets or even view only "waiting for answer".
