osTicket 1.15.4

Few of my users have a problem using osticket - they know only emails, so the affraid of "beasts" like osticket. I wondering - is there a possibilites to send email with my answer to the end user with all discussion like when we discuss using email? you know - quotation and so on. Just to be sure that end user know everything without go to osticket website.

There is a variable called %{ticket.thread.complete} (and %{ticket.thread.complete.reversed} for reverse order) that you can add to the Response/Reply template. Once you add this variable it will be replaced by the full ticket thread.
