I did a fresh installation of 1.15.4, everything worked great. Including setup store attachment in locate storage and test inbound ticket with a pdf attachment, I'm able to open it fine as an agent.
Next I proceed to setup the rest of the system, but when I test attachment again, I can no longer open the attachment. (Even the earlier test pdf attachment can't be opened properly). It shows the pdf is downloaded, but the downloaded file is only 1kb, thus I can't open it.
Any idea which configuration would result that? I've really spent hours to research and now I'm sratching my head..
