Hi folks, me bothering again,

im using a new instance of osticket and i'm triying to start using the CC field in the new ticket by agent.

Everithing looks good, the ticket is created, the mails are sended, but in the mail that goes to the CC reciept has an invalid link.

if i make a standar ticket in behalf the link comes well with the xxxxx.xxx/view.php?authxxxxxxxxxxx

but in the CC mail the link comes like xxxxx.xxx/view.php?id=xx

anybody else experiments that problem? is there anything i can modify to resolve this?

when i check the mail template for the final user ticket created in behalf the link to the ticket that i see is %%7Brecipient.ticket_link%7D

i checked but, i think there is no template for the CC end users and i suppose that it uses the same template i quoted before.
