@ntozier
I have this same problem.
I followed the instructions on this link : https://forum.osticket.com/d/99689-resolved-db-error-1054-when-searching-for-user/5
However, when trying to run cron.php to recreate the table, it has several errors.
Can you help me ?
Version of osTicket v1.15.4 (6bd7884)
Apache/2.4.41 Web Server Software (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version 10.3.31
PHP Version 7.3.31-1+ubuntu20.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
Nietze Look at your errors, find out which field causing them, correct them, that should fix your issue Post your errors here, maybe someone can help out
after trying to run cron it has these other errors
I'm starting now with the sticket
I know the basics of linux, I don't have much experience
@tacmaane when running cron, your gave the same error as above?
I realized I had 2 versions of php installed.
I executed the command correctly and it worked.
