Disable Automatically add collaborators from email fields

We need to disable this feature "Automatically add collaborators from email fields"

we unticked this option from Admin=> Email=>setting=> Automatically add collaborators from email fields but still users gets added, also we stopped taking tickets from emails but still "Collaborators for organization added"

Sounds like you need to update the Organization to disable Auto-add collabs.

I've upgraded this to a stable version and unticked this option showing this information

Did you update settings in Users -> Organizations like KevinTheJedi recommended?
