hola amigos, tengo problemas despues de 30 días de instalar el software... al momento de crear nuevos tickets el front del usuario final muestra ERROR 500 y en el backoffice la información se guarda a medias:
los antiguos tickets si se muestran completos y se dejan gestionar.

Unfortunately you haven't provided us with enough information to even begin to diagnose that the problem might have been.
Error logs?
Did someone delete tickets from the database instead of the UI?
There is a whole lot of information missing from your response.
With out any error logs it would be nigh impossible for us to troubleshoot this.
