Hi everyone!
The customers with whom our company works ask us if it is possible to change (on the customer side) the columns of the tickets visible in the frontend. For example, it would be nice if there was the possibility to add / remove "predefined" columns and have the possibility to create your own and then to add / remove them too.
By columns I mean those underlined in red, while in the red circle is where the new columns could be added, perhaps even being able to move them freely between right and left.
I hope I explained myself, has this mod ever been considered?
