Hi, I have been trying to add a new column in ticket queue to show the last respondent of the ticket but seems unsuccessful. Anyone know how?

    it's Under Columns, you may need to create a new sub-queue or uncheck Inherit

        ramrajone That one shows when the last response was, but not who the last respondent was. So it doesn't help in my case

          I'm not aware of a way to display the name of the last responder like this.

            ntozier I see, I'll try to search the forum for any similar mods I guess.
