Hello,

We have support ticket V1.11 with PHP 7.3.30 and mariaDB 10.
When we got incoming ticket with attachment and download text file it shows corrupted data and also image got corrupted.
Attached screen shot of file.

Also pdf files only downloads if less than 1 MB.
php.ini is set for max 2MB.

We have plugin of Attachments on the filesystem and it is enabled.

Please help as we stuck in this since long.

If you want we can show you in team viewer.

    1.11 is end of life and no longer supported. Support ended for it years ago.

    You should upgrade to current (1.15.3.1) and see if you still have the same issue.

      Thanks for reply but we have install that version on many system and we cannot upgrade that now.
      If you can suggest any other solution then it would be helpful.
