Setup IMAP / Gmail and osTicket configuration tests successfully.
I can test send in admin diagnostic area with no problem. Works fine.
If I send an email to my gmail account, I can see it is inside gmail.
I have enabled "fetch"
However, osTicket does not pull this email into its own system
- PHP version: 7.2
- Operating System: Linux
- Admin UI
Any thoughts as to how to troubleshoot this critical aspect?
