Tickets with Empty Mail Body

I am facing strange issue where all tickets created through e-mail fetching are being created with a blank body. Here is a example:

Tickets created through the form in the support frontend are not being affected. There is no error or warning in the OSTicket logs.

Here is my system info:

Apache and PHP error logs?

PHP Error log entries or displayed errors: There are only two warnings, but they dont seem to have any effect since I checked the phpinfo and both modules are being loaded. I posted in the end of this post.
Mail Sending: SMTP
Mail Fetching/Receiving: IMAP
PHP version: 7.2
Operating System: Centos

Here is the log warning:

But when I check the phpinfo, both modules are being loaded correctly.

Without any errors its almost impossible to determine what is going on under the hood.

Apache error logs?

Are you running SELinux?
If so check the logs that it writes to.

MySQL error logs?

This is really weird, because except by the alert above about the mailparser there is no other error or warning.

Do OSTicket has any other log?

I checked the database and seems that the information is being fetched from e-mail, since the mail body text appear in the "ost_thread_entry table" inside the column "body" but in the installation no information is displayed.
