as wished I start a new topic on my request 😄

We use osticket in v1.15.3.1 / Patch-1
It would be great if we could set an period of time in minutes to delay the autoresponse E-Mail which the customer receives after creating a ticket.
For example:
i go to ticket.com and create a new ticket with all the details
Ticket is created instantly after saving
I get an e-mail which states the creation of the ticket delayed by the configured time, example an hour.

How could we do this?
