I started this project with first just creating a mobile site designed for the iphone so users can create a ticket via their iphone. After the mobile site was finished i was just going to create a simple app that connects to the webpage via a password so only the app could access the page. Pretty simple app. I wanted to give back to the open source community, or at least give what i have so far. any help would be appreciated.

i don't mind if you guys demo mine, i will delete any tickets u create when testing.
