Problema con al visualizacion de Hilos del ticket

Tengo este problema mi herramienta y cuando cambian de etado o asignado no sale a que persona o que accion se realizo que se podria hacer?

Hola kevin miraque revise tanto lenguaje nativo, y aun no funciona, pense que era tema de codigo porque vi otro foro que lo indicaba y esta bien el codigo, aun no me atrebo a tocar el codigo, nose si alla otra configuracion?

Is it your name format maybe? Go to Admin Panel > Settings > Users > Name Formatting and Admin Panel > Settings > Agents > Name Formatting and change those to different options to see if that helps.

pero aun no me aparece el historial pro decirlo asi de acciones

Ahh, you are using an older version which may be the cause (ie. it may have a bug). You are also using an old version of PHP. I would highly recommend upgrading to v1.18.3 but this also requires you to upgrade PHP to 8.2-8.4 (8.4 recommended).

If you still have issues then you'll just have to start looking at your various logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) and maybe even the database.
