Cannot activate "fetching emails" OAuth2 - Microsoft 365

Hello together,

when i try to activate Retrieve emails, i geht the message AUTHENTICATE failed:

My environment:
osTicket-Version: v1.18.1 (0375576)
Server-Software: Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu)
MySQL-Version: 10.6.23
PHP-Version: 8.2.31

I can successfully obtain a token, and sending emails also works via the diagnostic tool.

Firewall -> Successfull via Port 993
Microsoft Entra Logs are showing successful Login

Mailbox has a Full License (no shared mailbox)

Wow… you have many mods. I cannot assist further unless you use vanilla osTicket. Your issues could very well be due to the mods. Upgrade to vanilla osTicket v1.18.3 from our official website, install latest build of oauth2 plugin from our official website, delete the existing token in the Token tab, re-auth to get a new one, and retest.

Also, just because you allowed imap in the app registration scopes does not mean it’s enabled for the tenant and/or the mailbox itself. Check those settings in MS to make sure it’s enabled.

Do you happen to know when OSTicket 2.0 is supposed to be released this year?

You really need to upgrade to v1.18.3, install latest build of plugin, reconfigure auth, and retest. If it still fails then you don’t have imap enabled on the tenant or user mailbox or something else like a policy blocking or something.
